There is a two night minimum stay at Metta, & three nights minimum stay during xmas school holidays.

A $200 deposit will confirm your booking with us. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days of your intended arrival. Due to popularity xmas school holidays require a non refundable 50% deposit.

Eco or Luxe?

Eco : our eco option is an attempt to reduce our tourism footprint. A discounted price applies if you bring your own clean linen and help us to limit unnecessary washing & water use (especially if you can only stay with us a couple of nights). We supply hotel quality duvets and pillows and you bring your own clean linen and towels. Remember three queensize and one double.

Luxe : our luxe rate includes unbelievably luxurious hotel linen and towels. Please note Metta will not be serviced during your stay.

Check-in 2pm. Check-out 11am.

Full payment is required either before or upon check-in. Please note payment by internet transfer or cash only.

Metta is set amongst a marine and national park so we regret being unable to welcome your pets. Please enjoy our abundant birdlife, kangaroos, echidnas and possums.
