There is a large open plan bespoke stainless steel and blackbutt kitchen with European appliances perfect for cooking with friends or for a large group. A beautiful locally handcrafted blackbutt table easily seats eight (as does the outside setting).

A wood fire in winter, two baths, blankets, duvets, pillows, portacot, first aid kit, TV, DVD, video, CD stereo with ipod dock, dishwasher, extra large esky, large BBQ, picnic baskets, board games, bikes, you should just bring linen and towels, beach towels, suntan lotion, music, food and drinks.

Ps. you should find every utensil you need for cooking including a salad spinner and juicer!
